Current Bloodwork - Minor ED/Libido Issues

Can you guys check out my bloodwork below. I'm feeling really good except for some minor libido and ED issues, not too much of a problem though. My current protocol is 145mg Test Cyp once per week, 250mg HCG twice per week, no Ai, no therapeutic blood draws. I've been on this protocol for a couple of years, and it took me approx. 8 months to get dialed in.

I'm thinking my problems may be due to the DHEA reading at the bottom, it's on the low side. Can you recommend a dosage and possible brand or a specific DHEA to supplement with.

I use MRM DHEA. It is micronized and is tested for purity. It is also waaay cheaper than LEF and other good brands. 50mg in the morning on an empty stomach has brought my DHEA levels up to optimal range.

Bloods look pretty good to me. Your testosterone and E2 look really good. You need to get dhea up closer to 400. RBCs are up a little. Wouldn't hurt to pay a visit to red cross. Seems like your protocol is working pretty well for you. If anything, you could up your T dose slightly to raise your E2 a little and see if that helps your libido and ED. But supplementing dhea could very well fix the issue by itself.

When was the blood pulled in relation to your last T injection? E2 sensitive has you at the lower end of the prefered range of 20-low 30's. Of coarse it's mainly how you feel...just tryin to point it out. Is the lowish Libido new, or been that way for a while? Maybe you'd do a little better 25-30 on E2?

Def in the bottom range of DHEA. 50mg a day is a good place to start if you want to bring that up.

Thanks guys! Will the DHEA increase E2 at all, which for me would be a good thing. I'm thinking of lowering my Test dose from 145 down to 130 to bring my blood numbers down slightly and supplementing with DHEA to bring my DHEA-S and E2 numbers up slightly.

I drew blood for my bloodwork 2 hours before my Test injection, so 1 week after my last injection.

One interesting note ... I tested both E2 and Sensitive E2 (Labcorp for both) on the last two bloodwork tests. The Sensitive E2 is consistently 10 points below the non-Sensitive E2. Do we shoot for different numbers for different tests? Hmmmm.

Yes, DHEA can/will increase E2. Try that first. I agree with MRM Micro DHEA as well. It's what I use. The higher priced ones had no better results.
A 20 E reading may simply be low for you. 20-30 is the touted range but some feel better a bit higher. My libido is much better just above 30.
If you're in the 800 TT a week after injection then you're way higher earlier in the week. Consider dropping your dose and splitting it for more even serum levels if you like.

The non-sensitive E test range is geared for women, not men.

Thanks! Sounds like a good plan. I'll run the tests again in 4 weeks to check out my progress.

One question ... if my TT is 831 on injection day, what would you guestimate my TT being at it's peak a day or two or three later?

Ok, another question. I feel like 831 is a little high as a trough, and it sounds like you do as well. What number would you shoot for. I'm thinking mid-700's? Of course I guess it all depends on how I feel, and I guess mid-700's would be a good place to start. I think I just answered my own question

Why don't you just split it to twice a week like the man said and just keep blood levels stable without much peak and trough?

Your peak is way too high as it is now. I didn't catch that you were on once per week injections when I suggested raising your dose in my earlier comment.
