First Sub Q Injection
Did my first sub Q injection yesterday. Had some "cramp" sensations afterward. I injected on the right side about 2" from the navel. Did I hit the right place or has anyone else experienced this? Maybe just get some feedback from those of you who sub Q.

I've just started TRT and have done four SubQ injections.
I haven't felt any "cramping" on any of them.
The injections themselves have been pretty painless. However I CAN tell when my hand hasn't been as steady as it could have been.
When I'm not steady, I can feel tenderness and a little puffiness at the site of injection & immediately surrounding area, which may last a couple days.
When the injection is clean / smooth, the tenderness is much less.

I only do SQ and have had pain once in a while, but only with Test. Never with hCG . I think this happens when I inject to close to the pinch. When I inject well away from the pinch it never happens. Also remember to hold the needle at about a 45 degree angle. It helps.

A little tenderness yes could be a good description. Sox 45 degree with the pinch? I do have to say it is much more convenient than IM. I've never had problems with HCG either. I just want to make sure I'm doing it right.

Just looked at the video again and I see what you were saying about the 45 degrees. Thanks all.
