    E2 questions

I know blood work is what I need but I am looking for some pointers.
I have read the sticky and done some research myself but can't really get my answer. I am struggling with E2 lately and Dr. has mentioned that I am very sensitive to E2. As in I feel great at the 20-26 mark but 29 I get very emotional without any other signs. I currently take .25mg of Adex the day after pinning and have been cruising along nicely up until the last 3 weeks or so.
I the last 3 weeks I am moody again and my nipples "burn" constantly. I had a bout of extremely achy joints and following .25mg of my Adex it had cleared up in about 24hrs. The skin on my face has become slightly oily and I get a couple of zits now too and I didn't even get those during puberty. I guess my question is are there any clear signals for HIGH E2 as in the symtoms of low and high are similar BUT are there any single symptoms that would indicate one or the other. Example, dry hair, skin, nails would indicate low E2 and oily skin would indicate high E2. Is there anything like that out there?

I have been debating about taking this Adex this morning. I am also considering increasing my Adex to 3 times per week. ( I did that a couple of weeks ago and it seemed to help but the last thing I want to do is crash my E2)

I'm sure I'm rambling away here....

If you were feeling good and nothing else has changed, you might be low now. That happened to me.if it has been at least four weeks since your last BW, retest.

Throwing darts without a retest. Symptoms of high and low E2 can be quite similar at times.

How often do you inject your T and what is your dose?

As Kel said, you really can't know what's going on until you see your lab work. If I understand you correctly, you're actually taking 0.50mg adex every week. For many men, that might be considered a large dose - particularly on your 120mg/week Test. From my own experience on adex, it can be a bizarre dance between high and low E2 with this AI.

Also, there has been much discussion recently about cutting back on hCG and/or lowering the Test dose to get E2 under control. You might want to check other threads on this.

Get back to us when you get your BW results.

You are correct .5mg a week of Adex. Just odd after 6 months of the same protocol that I am having trouble, really thought I had myself dialed in.

Cutting back on HCG may be a viable option. You may also consider taking the week off of HCG prior to your next BW. Then you'll see exactly what the test, and only test, is really doing for you.
