    Exclamation In a sticky above!

    In a sticky above it states that muscle gain and fat loss occur within 12 to 16 weeks during trt.

    just started trt so I have no experience at these levels, but in previous cycles running much higher levels (400mg-800mg per week) I start to see changes in my muscle mass and strength in 5 weeks.

    Why is this? Does a lower dose take longer to start showing results? currently receiving 140 mg per week will try to get bumped to 200 mg in following appointments.

    that sounds a little early to me.

    hell, even test e doesn't kick in for almost a month.

    TRT can take up to 3 years to manifest all the benefits.

    trt = mild benefits
    trt + gym = moderate+ benefits

    based on my own experience, I wouldn't be able to tell how long it will take for those benefits. but I do know my walking buddy, I started him on trt, yes, he was mild gym and some cardio, but it still 3 or 4 months before I began to notice the size of his adominal area to reduce.

    In my previous cycles, I had felt it kick in about 5 weeks, but that's at much higher doses. Trt is not cycling, although you will see some changes happen it won't be like in a cycle.
