New BW and course of Action
Here are my latest bloods. I'm not just looking for feedback but I'm making an effort to understand it all.
HDL Cholesterol 31 range > or = 40
Glucose 100 range 65-99
Urea Nitrogen (BUN) 27 range 7-25
Red Blood Count 6.13 range 4.20-5.80
MCV 69.2 range 80-100
MCH 21.9 range 27-33
MCHC 31.5 range 32-36
RDW 15.4 range 11-15
FSH <0.7 range 1.6-8.0
LH <0.2 range 1.5-9.3
Total test 582
Estradiol 40 range < or =39
Protocol
60 mg test 2X weekly
500 iu HCG 2X weekly (day before test)
No AI at this time
I had three therapeutic blood draws in three weeks.
I believe most of the other blood values are low due to the blood draws, could that have affected the BUN also? I did skip one HCG injection that week right before the test. I now am doing sub q for my test, Doc said I could take .5 mg of Anastrozole once a week. I thought about starting at .25 mg once a week. I'm trying to really learn this BW stuff since I'm going to be dealing with trt for the rest of my life. I read about a liver supplement on here NAC I think it was. Would that help with the BUN? Thanks in advance.

Cut your HCG back to 250 x 2 which will help with your estrogen issue. Retest in a month for E2 and see where you land. Always best to avoid hcg immediately around BW time, imho. It'll give you a better understanding of where your T actually is. Crisler even recommends taking the entire week off of HCG prior to BW.

What was the range for testosterone on your report? 120mg of test cyp alone should put most guys near or above the upper limit (and even higher with HCG ). Were you doing your testosterone shots subq or IM before this blood draw?

Sorry, test range is 241-827. I had missed the HCG prior to test which is probably why one reason my E2 was lower. I feel like I'm on the cusp of getting it. I've already made a change in going subq and upped the dose a bit. I am going to cut the HCG though and stay away from the AI for now. What I do know is that HCG doesn't get me to produce but spikes my E2, although last test in Dec had me at 619 @ 100 mg, though I was pinning once a week. But E2 was at 60.
Kel, if you have any other good reads you can pass on it would be appreciated. Thanks for the input as always.

Question here; if you avoid HCG completely prior to test, won't your E2 level not be accurate?

Yes and no. Test's and E2's peak from HCG 's bump are different. Basically if you pull BW on Monday morning and your last HCG shot was Friday you would be good, imho.

Kelkel, from the look of your avatar (legs with a pair of see-through stilettos), I suspect that your E2 levels may be too high! ;-)
On a more constructive note, thanks for that PubMed abstract. Very useful to know and I will utilize that information in respect to my awaited 12 week blood results: drawn before my scheduled twice weekly 50 mg T. cypionate , but only 12 hours after my 250 IU HCG (also twice weekly).
I am also on DHEA 25 mg daily and as my blood work was the full slate (lipids etc) I was fasting and I had not yet taken it. Any information on the effect of DHEA on T and E2 levels and how that impacts blood work?
While I have a good understanding of medical issues, this forum has been an invaluable source of information. Thanks to all the knowledgeable contributors.
