    Very high igf-1 levels

So I got my bloods back today and everything looks normal range. But one thing that stood out that I was hoping to get some insite on is my igf-1 levels.

    Normal range is 150-222
    My level is 305

I do not take any peptides, steroids or gh's. Only over the counter products like protein, amino, multi vits.

Are there any dangers to having high levels? What could be causing this?

Glutamine increases IGF-1. Arginine will too if taken in high quantities before bed. Good REM sleep.

    Lucky you!

I'm curious, my last test showed my IGF-1 at 299 ng/ml (67-205). I notice lucabratzi's range shows 150-222. Is there a different range based on age or is there a different method of testing IGF?

I am 38 and over 400 on IGF1. It helps keep you lean and hold muscle I think, also my doc said most ppl with high lvls live longer. Also I was told not to waste my money on and GHRP-6 or anything like that unless it drops later in life.

here is my scale if it helps any.

    IGFI, LC/NS 432 (53-331 ng/mL) H
    Z SCORE (MALE) 2.7 (-2.0 -+2.0 SD) H

    I agree Ryan.

Anything particular you are doing to maintain such high IGF1?

I try to watch what I eat but to be honest I think it's genetic.
