Nebido Question
Long story short, I was prescribed 1000mg of Nebido. If my total T is 533 and free T is 10,20 (ref 880-2700) what would Nebido do to my levels? Would it increase the numbers I already have?

It would replace your current numbers.
But why would you take nebido if your current T levels are fine?

I kinda want to optimize my levels to 900s. Would it make a big difference?

That's a terrible idea. You won't see any significant change in body composition, but your libido and mood will likely suffer. Any doctor recommending or allowing this should lose his license.

I actually have symptoms - anxiety, lower libido, fatigue and tough workout recovery. It could be temporary too.

Well it isn't from low test. Try seeing a psychiatrist before you start messing up your hormones.

i thought that a free T of 10,22 was considered low? I can't remember who provided comments, but I was told that 10,22 free T was very low.

You were also given advice in that thread of how to proceed too. Maybe you should follow it for a while rather than commit to a lifetime of exogenous test straight away.

I am 38 years old, and according the the below chart, my total T is that of a 65 yr old male. 533 for someone who is 38 is not very high.

It's less than 1 std deviation lower. I'd take 533 naturally vs TRT any day.
In that article the author doubled his T naturally. Try that instead of sentencing yourself to a lifetime of TRT.
