    Is this gyno?

I am currently on TRT at 120mgs a week. lately I've been getting slightly sensative nips once in while so got bloodwork done, will have the results in a Few days. Anyway I have like 10-20 little marble/knots in both my pecs. They aren't under my nipple but all over my pec. You have to really grab it and feel deep in the muscle. Is this gyno forming? They don't hurt and i don't feel them. It's weird it feels like a ton of little marbles in my pec. Visibly nipple looks good, no breast growth, good shape. Should i get some nolva ASAP? I never heard or gyno like this. Usually it's just a limo under the nipple. Also no idea if I had this prior , never checked

10 to 20 knots in both pecs that just developed??? Schedule an appointment with a doctor. That's not gynecomastia .

Errr lab was closed today, gotta wait for Thursday to go get them done, that's my next injection day. What do you guys think of this post about my situation .

I've seen it like that many times..

If you go to the doctor, the only thing they are going to really do if your labs show up "o.K" is do an ultrasound and possibly ask you to biopsy it, which is not necessary if this is PH/AAS related.)

Can be fat deposits, or either Estro or Prolactin related..Many guys may argue that Prolactin increases only occur from compounds such as Tren or Deca , etc., etc..but I will tell you firsthand I have seen excess prolactin in Test only users and even lowdose HRT users, with bloodwork to back it. So I will be one to tell you that I have seen it and it is possible IMO.

If you can't do labs, run 20mgs of nolva ED for a month and .5mgs of Cabaser every 3rd day for a solid month, and I'd bet the House on it, your issue disappears.

(even if it is fat deposits, since Nolva targets the cells in the breast tissue- it goes after estrogen in the cell, nonetheless it is very possible it can eliminate some or all of those fat deposits..)

Naa, I was fat as hell at one point and my tits had small bumps like you said when I started losing weight, I thought for sure I had gyno but when Dr Crisler examined he said he felt a VERY little in my left tit. Have a doc exam you he should know.

Are the lumps mostly radiating upwards toward the axillary area (armpit)? The breast duct (usually) proliferates initially around the areola. However ducts, or suspensory Cooper's ligaments, radiate morso on the lateral sides of the chest and are heavily sensitized by excess estrogen. The etiology and pathophysiology of gynecomastia isn't *always* the same... but what isn't lol.

If you draw a 1.5 in diameter circle around my nipple it's all in that area, mostly on the upper outer half towars my armpit. My nips are sometimes sensative but there's no lump under the nipple. It's all in my pec, not directly under the areola. Due to weather I'm getting my tests done tomorrow, it's a yearly physical with my GP and got him to add in free/total test and sensative E2. Im right on the border of needing an AI, nipps sometimes alil itchy, but other times fine. No mood problems or anything. To be safe I ordered some nolva form the board rep. Starting tomorrow after my lab I'm going to run exemestane 12.5 MGs 3x a week indefinetly and see how I feel. I'll run nolva at 40 for a few days then 20 and see if it clears up. If after 30 days nothing happens I'll make an apt with shippen
