BW results after 5wks of trt. Pls advise

Hey fellas, here are the results after 5wks on 200mg Test Cyp weekly and nothing else taken. Blood was drawn first thing in the morning on empty stomach and before my 6th shot. I'm 37yrs, 185lbs, fairly lean and training and diet in check.

    WBC-5.8..............................4.0-11.3
    RBC-5.60.............................4.00-5.50
    Hemoglobin-17.1..................12.6-16.8
    Hematocrit-51......................39-50
    DHT-710..............................106-719
    Estradiol-42..........................0-56
    Prolactin-9.3.........................1.9-25.0
    Total T-865
    Free T-223.9
    Bioavailable T-524.7

Weeks prior to starting TRT BW results were:
    WBC-7.8..............................4.0-11.3
    RBC-5.57.............................4.00-5.50
    Hemoglobin-17.7..................12.6-16.8
    Hematocrit-51......................39-50
    DHT-143..............................106-719
    Estradiol-21..........................0-56
    Total T-195
    Free T-39.3
    Bioavailable T-98.2

In terms of high Hematocrit(it was high before starting TRT), I believe dehydration is the main cause and I'm fixing that.

I appreciate any feedback. Thank you!

Hydration plays a part but you need to give blood.
Got a range for free T?
Your E doubled and may continue to rise. Strongly suggest you split your injection volume and go twice per week.
Get a sensitive estrogen assay next time.
Your TT is relatively high for BW just prior to your weekly injection. I'd bet your above normal levels early in the week. That said, consider titrating down a bit. Very few guys need 200mg per week. More is not always better here. Better is better.

What put you on TRT? Don't just say low T. What was the actual cause?

    Thanx for the input, kelkel.
The range for the free T is 47.0-244.0. I DID ask for the sensitive assay when I gave blood. I told to the doctor at least three times and he kept saying that's what he's ordering and...that's what I got.
I'll drop down to 100mg weekly starting tomorrow.
The reason I'm on TRT is because several months back, my libido became non existent, I was feeling fatigue even though I eat well, I don't drink, etc. And little bit of depression, primarily because of injuries were keeping me away from the gym.

Your numbers are very high for 1x weekly injections, prior to your injection.

I'd make small adjustments. Maybe 60mg 2x a week, something like that

I do 60 mg twice a week and usually stay around 1000 total and 27 and 27 free taking blood the morning before injecting that night.

I reduced it to 100mg per week and will try this protocol for several weeks and then do BW. After that, I'll give subq a try.

Curious if you have LH/FSH levels pre TRT? Or at least did the doc say your were secondary or primary or......?

Both LH and FSH were <0.1 on a range of 0.7-11.1 pre TRT and after 5 weeks of TRT. These results were out of range but the doc never went over them with me.
    I don't know what's "secondary" or "primary"??

if your LH and FSH were indeed low BEFORE any previous use of testosterone , you might have secondary or even tertiary hypogonadism, it means the problem lies in your pituitary gland or hypothalamus (in your brain) rather than in your testicles (i.e. primary hypogonadism)

I don't think that is true, because if that is an honest answer for both the result and you being never on any testosterone prior to that, your doctor NEEDS to make sure you are not having lesions in your brain or even do a chromosomal/ genetic testing on you. Simply replacing testosterone when you have a bigger problem elsewhere is not good healthcare.

Make sure you ask your doctor about it then.

Most adult onset hypogonadism (without any previous testosterone/AAS use) will have normal LH/FSH but low Testosterone . It means your brain is giving out signal to produce testosterone, and they think the low output (low testosterone) is sufficient for you. (which is why you have symptoms of testosterone deficiency).
