BW seems normal, but Test is still low.

All my blood work seems fine except for Test which is on the low end. I am meeting with the endo in April to go over blood work results. Kinda worried he might not want to do anything since my test can be considered in range now, should I have any concerns about my Test now? Any guidance in knowing what to do next and if there is anything in my BW that would suggest the reason for lower Test would be appreciated.

    your LH is really low,
    stop taking T male IMO

You need a full thyroid work up, need to figure out why your test is low.

Looking back over articles and comparing it to my blood work, my free test is also extremely low. It says on my blood work sheet that it is within normal range, but every source I can find suggests it should be 50-210 pg/ml. With free test and LH on the low end, are there any tests I should push for to figure out the cause? It worries me that my sheet says it is fine.

^^^ Yes...and prolactin, cortisol, etc. Know that any of those can lower test levels.

If your LH stays low like this on your next BW I'd request a pituitary MRI to rule out pathologies.

Prolactin is 4.00 ng/ml Reference range 2.64-13.13. Is this considered low like LH, despite being within range?

Kelkel can you say more about cortisol effecting T levels. Its the one hormone I haven't checked. Could I check it while on HRT or does the elevation in test level mess with it?
