Feel like shit day before HRT injection.

I'm currently on 40mg test cyp 2x Week. I find that the 12 hours before my injection I feel lethargic, tired, and crabby. The two times I've injected every 3 days rather than every 3.5 I haven't experienced this. Beyond this 12 hour gaps I feel great.

Is this something upping my dose would fix? Or should I consider moving to a permanent 3 day schedule.... It would be a pain in the ass to have a rolling schedule.

If you just pin every 3 day you are only adding 2 extra injections a month. I was having the same problem on the every 7 day schedule and I find every 5 day works for me.

hey Aux, are you pinning I.M or SQ? if I.M. it might be worth an experiment to see if your current regime would smooth out a bit on SQ, mine did, if you stayed with this protocol keep an eye on your anastrozol dosage [ if applicable] as you might require less of it. best of luck!

It's not so bad to have a rolling schedule. You just have to keep a treatment diary - which every man on TRT ought to keep anyway.

Upping your dose could work too. Experiment. You might feel better at 45mg every 3.5 days. See how you feel then. But it would be wise to know your levels from recent blood work before you do. If your E2 is under control at your present dose, consider yourself blessed. And if you feel good on E3D, and still have a comfortable E2 level, I'd advise you keep it going.

What's your HCG schedule? Consider pinning it the day before each injection.

    Thanks for the help guys.

kelkel This may help! I've been pinning HCG 36-48 hours after test. I'll start pinning 24 hours before my test. This should give the HCG enough time to kick in for those last 12 hours?

2Sox: Yes. E2 is controll at 40mg E3.5D with DIM and Copper/Zinc. E2 was slightly out of range at 50mg E3.5D causing some minor sides. For this reason I would be happy for a solution that doesn't include upping dose. Lab's to come shortly.

keep fightin: I've tried sub q. I got large welts that took a few weeks to go away. I think it was some sort of allergy to the cotton seed oil?

Mr Bill That may be necessary and it's certainly an easy solution. I just want to rule out other options that wouldn't require me to maintain a rolling scheduled if possible.
