Pharmacy not despensing 10ml

It's had an interesting conversation with the pharmacist at Publix. It seems even though my script is for a 10ml vial they will only give me 1ml vials x2 a month. The only issue I have is the cost associated. I'll have to pay 4x as much when said and done. Any one experience this? I'm not sure what is going on but I feel I getting it hard paying my copay every month on this

I had this problem but my script didn't call for it. Once I found the 10 ml at Costco I had my Doc write the script. If the script calls for the 10 ml vial and they won't give it to you, go somewhere else.

Check/Google the dispensing laws for controlled substances in your state. Some states allow 10ml or more to be filled for people on HRT/TRT if your Doc writes a certain code on your script. My idiot pharmacist tried that crap with me also. They want to make it hard for addicts & crack-heads, but God forbid if they make anything convenient for people like us with legitimate needs...

^^^What API said. The very first time I filled a script for Test Cyp, the pharmacist missed the code. (Mom and pop store) I didn't even know about the code and just paid figuring that's the way it was. When I went back to my doc early he knew exactly what happened. Meanwhile, it cost me big. BTW, the pharmacist called me back to apologize.

Now I just bring in my script to CVS with a coupon from GoodRx.com. $41.97 for 10mL. Never fails.
