Bloodwork

Got my results from bloodwork back. Total T was 567, scale runs 348-1197. Free T was 191, scale runs 35-155. My Estrogen was 47 on a scale from 14-55. Doc says the total T should be higher, free T is a bit high and the estrogen is high. Probably explains why I feel exhausted at times. Haven't been taking anastrozole but do have it. On the right track though. Any feedback appreciated.

Free T is what matters.
What's your SHBG and are you pinning twice per week.

Usually without an ai and having total in range with free running high means you have a low SHBG.
Most with low SHBG find better results injecting more frequently.

Do pin 2x a week. 80 mgs each time. HCG 250 3x a week

Most importantly, how do you feel? Besides some exhaustion at times.

Work hours are rough-up at either 2 or 3am. Home by noon. If I train right away Im good-if I wait then Im done. Plus I had a thyroidectomy in 1993. May have alittle to do with the issue because I only sleep roughly 4 hours a night. Other than that Im good!
