Advice needed!!!
Hey Fellas
First off i want to thank you all for posting some very informative and important info on this forum. I have almost read all the sticky posts and already started to see a light at the end of the tunnel....
I am 35 with a height of 5 11 and 145 ibs weight. I have been experiencing signs of low drive, de motivitation and bit of depression for past 8-9 months now. Last few months things have really gone down where i started to have ED and low sex drive. I didnt take care of myself and thought cialis will fix the issue but that even stopped working. Erections are at 50%.
After doing alot of reading on this forum i started putting the 2 n 2 together. About 7-8 yrs ago i did a cycle of heavy test. I got into it without knowing anything and never used pct. getting off the cycle was very hard and took me lots of months to recover. Lost most of my gains with it as well. Thats the only thing that i can think of resulting in the problem i am having now. I went in on mon for a BW and awaiting the results. To be honest TRT is not an option i am looking for at all. I still think i am at a age where things can hopefully be fixed up with out TRT. Keeping my fingers cross. I will post results when the come back.
My question in the meantime:
Is it possible to do a restart with HCG or clomid since i never did pct after my cycle? Can that alone fix the issue here? I really do not want to go for TRT at this age.
Please help me and provide any sugestions / guidance.

Thank u for the response. I really hope what u mentioned above is the case. Hopefully i will have the results back by this weekend and will post. I will go from there.
Just wondering if there has been a case like this before where armidex or clomid or hcg has fixed the issue alone without any trt?

the ranges you got there are for female, not male. luteal phase means during ovulation. which is why your doctor thinks it is all ok.
if that E2 is real, then I'll be surprised you are actually feeling good. it is way too high. The unit is slightly strange. in UK, we use nmol/l. in US is usually pg/ml, but in yours, it is mIU/ml. I can only presume it is the same as pg/ml.
why are there 2 readings of your total testosterone level?
I agree with @havanakid, you might need some arimidex , but if you can get to see an endocrinologist with special interest in andrology, that might be a good idea.

I agree with the above, the units for the estrogen levels need to be clarified. I differ in that I would suggest looking at your life style and seeing if you could reduce your E levels by life style modifications as appropriate: weight loss and a proper diet, exercising, limiting alcohol intake (alcohol can elevate E levels significantly and hence alcohol consumption is one of the risk factors for breast cancer in women), stress management. After three months of really doing what you can, then retest the levels. Why jump on the medication bandwagon if you don't have to?

Get a sensitive estrogen assay to know exactly where you stand. You also need to work on reducing your shbg level to allow more free testosterone .

Maybe I'm reading the labs wrong but I believe his E2 reading. 105 mIU.mL would be around 27-28 pg/ml. I could be wrong
