Raising free T without lowering E2

I haven't been getting anywhere with figuring out the best path to getting my free T numbers up.

    For reference:

    Total T: 600
    Free T: 13.2 (8.7-25.1)
    E2: 14 (3-70)

I'm already at the max test script the Dr. will write (300mg/week). I'm not on any AI, and I just started HCG (350 2x/week). Most of the methods I've seen mentioned that potentially raise free T (via SHBG suppression) also lower E2, which I don't have any wiggle room to go any lower right now. It's frustrating being on the levels of test cyp I'm on with only nominal free T as a result. I'd love to see my free T numbers at the top end of the spectrum.

Give the HCG a couple of weeks or more to kick in and see what your numbers are then.

More important than your Total/Free T levels are how do you feel?

    What is your injection protocol?
When was BW pulled relative to injection?
I believe we've talked before about you being a hyper-metabolizer, right?

Right. I inject 1x week right now IM into quad. Shot was on Monday night, blood pull was on Friday morning, fasted. I'm afraid to start taking nettle leaf as I don't want to put my E2 into the toilet. I used a reverse calculator to try and figure out what my SHBG levels are (wasn't included in blood work), and it seems within normal range:

    Free & Bioavailable Testosterone calculator

Just plug in 601 total T, 4.8 albumin, and 29 SHGB (played with this number until the result matched my free T) and you come up with my free T number. Not sure how accurate it is, but if it's fairly dependable, it might not be an SHBG issue. If not, I'm at a loss as to why my free T hovers so low. This was my first blood work in association with my new doctor, so I didn't want to get blood drawn a day or two after injection in case my peak numbers are significantly different. My blood was drawn essentially right between injections, which I think is a fair benchmark point. I've heard mention of oral steroids that will increase free T (e.g., Anavar ), but I doubt that is going to be an option with this Dr.

I should mention that I've already ordered D3 (5,000 IU pills) and plan on one a day to see if that helps.

    I feel your pain -
I'm injecting 50mg 2X/ Week, no HCG , no AI.
At 6 weeks, my numbers were even more spread (Estrogen was higher than yours though, but still in range)

    Total Testosterone : 823
    Free Testosterone: 11.9
    E (Sensitive): 28

First thing I'd consider is splitting your dose to twice weekly injections. If you do metabolize faster than normal this will help immediately. Your already at the max script so lets make it work more efficiently for you. Your test normally peaks in around 24 hrs or so, metabolism dependent. So, the more frequent injections will help you. Unless something rears it's ugly head I'd simply implement that and retest in a month.

I think you'll see more stable levels, higher free and higher E.
