Looking at old blood work, Free T?

Im looking at some past blood work.

    tests in order

Free T High / low Range
    --------------------------------------------------------------------
    117.4 pg/ml - 35.0-155.0 pg/ml

    4.9 ng/dl Low 5.00-21.00 ng/dl

    11.8 pg/ml - 8.7-25.1 pgml

    29.1 pg/ml High 8.7-25.1 pg/ml

Why does it say 29.1 is high but not 117.4? Why are the ranges different? Isn't 4.9 ng/dl the same as 49.00 pg/ml, and why is that low when comparing to the (29.1)?

It would bug me as well. I'd be calling the lab and asking why.

Labcorp Free T (direct) scale is normally 7.2 - 24.0
