    3 Month BW Back

Looking good. Got my estrogen under control. Have lost almost 50lbs and have lowered my anastrozole at the same time. As they say, less bodyfat is good to keep the estrogen lower.

My hematocrit is still a little high but not as bad as it was. Not feeling ill effects any longer. For a bit there I was getting headaches, which I was wondering if the high hematocrit was causing. Tried donating blood but, silly me, I was honest about a cruise I took because I'd read it was 6 months--which I was good with--but I didn't realize it was 12 months when you go to a malaria area (I was in Costa Rica, which is a malaria area.).

Anyway, looking like I've got it dialed in. I am still losing weight, however, so I'm guessing I'll have to keep an eye on my estrogen (not that I won't be). Looking to lose another 20-30lbs, which should get me down to 12-15% bodyfat (hopefully).

More importantly, the wife is LOVING the new me. Not that we had issues but I've definitely seen an increase in interest if ya know what I mean.

    Thanks reporich.

I was very hesitant to go on TRT for all of the reasons most people tend to be hesitant. But I'm very glad I did it and wish I had done it sooner. It really has made a HUGE difference in my life.
