want to make a small adjustment

But I'm not sure how to go about doing it.

I currently take my test and hcg same days, Monday and Thursday. Both at night.

Mondays are typically my most sluggish days, probably due to the amount of time since the last injection.

I was thinking of moving either the test or hcg to Sunday, and keeping the other shot on Monday. Not sure what would be more beneficial though?

hawk.. I would move your tes to Sunday night and Thursday morning if you feel like that is what is making you feel sluggish.
I have been on TRT since 2011 and personally have tried variations of pin days with very little if any noticeable difference in energy/mood
IMO I do not feel enough difference to even pin twice a week. I pin once a week on Sunday morning and that's it.
I am aware that technically my levels have dropped by the time Sunday rolls back around but "for me" it really does not affect my mood or energy enough to warrant sticking myself twice for a TRT dose.

Most guys take their HCG shot day prior to T shot. For example I take HCG on Mon, Wed, And Fri. I take my T on Tues and Sat. I also throw in a AI twice a week. Everybodys different though, what works for me might not work for you and vice versa. If your results are good and your happy, stick with what your doing.

I do 1 HCG in between my test shots. Works good for me.

Why do you want to make this adjustment? What else do you think might be making you feel sluggish? How have your E2 levels been? When days do you feel most energetic?

Before making a change I would recommend you think about these things. From my knowledge, most guys on a twice a week protocol don't feel much change in energy between shots. It might be advisable that you consider other causes.

Thinking deeper, I am inclined to agree with 2sox, but I overlooked one thing. Your HCG should be taken in the morning IMO. I missed my HCG which I always do in the morning and caught it up later that night. Now this might be a coincidence but I had a hard time falling asleep that night and when I finally did, didn't sleep well. The test shots don't bother me one way or another but the HCG did. I would do the HCG the morning of the day prior to the test shots. You should also look at your nutrition. I know once I got my eating clean again my energy is much more stable.

This... There is absolutely no way your levels vary a ton with twice per week injections. I would highly suggest you get a full thyroid panel, estrogen, T and free T

    Thanks for replies.

My energy level is low most of the week. It just seems lower on Mondays and I thought it might have something to do with the spacing between shots.

I just increased my ddosage recently, but I also made the switch to sub q.i wonder if my body isn't absorbing as well sub q compared to im? (I know we all react different)

I changed from 50mg 2x to 60mg 2x. Doc wanted me to jump all the way to 75mg 2x but I personally think that's too large of a jump.

Also since it was asked, e2 was fairly low as was tt and free t. Hence the increased dosage. I don't have the numbers in front of me but high 500s total, very bottom normal free, and below the bottom of the range for e2.

so what your saying is that your E2 is <7.6 pg/ml? There's your problem, what is your AI dose?

I suppose I was misleading, I thought my e2 was lower then it was. It's still lower then it should be I think though, and like I said I do not take an ai

There are other things involved in this process. Mine was my E2. I had increased my dosage just like you and still felt the same. Check your free t, SHBG levels also. Once I got me free t up and my E2 under control, it made all the difference. So at 50 mg twice a week I'm good.
