    Weird lab results

Hello guys. I am 22 years old and I am on 100mg of testosterone weekly. I had blood work done 6 week after starting treatment (February 26), and I got this: (The conversion to known units is in bold).

    Free Testosterone: 7.85 ng/Dl [this lab's range is 3.17 - 19.04] 0.272 nmol/L
    Total Testosterone: 4.00 ng/mL [this lab's range is 2.45 - 16.00] 399 ng/Dl
    FSH: 3.60 mIU/mL [this lab's range is 1.13 - 12.51]
    LH: 4.60 mIU/mL [this lab's range is 1.24 - 8.62]
    Estradiol: 25.00 pg/mL [< 43]

I thought that my FSH and LH should be suppressed by this time. My doctor did not know the reason they weren't. I said I felt fine after injection, but 2-3 days before the next injection I was not so good. I asked about increasing the dose and he said we would wait a little more.

Then on April 9 I got another lab done for the testosterone.

    Free Testosterone: 13.02 ng/dL [this lab's range is 3.17 - 19.04] 0.451 nmol/L
    Total Testosterone: 7.54 ng/mL [this lab's range is 2.45 - 16.00] 753 ng/dL

I feel a lot better now.. I just don't understand why it changed so much since I am still using the same testosterone vial and kept the same dose. Any light on the issue? Are this levels good for a 22 years old? (they seem good to me haha).

My erections and libido are a lot better now, and that was the main issue. And I understand that it may take a few months to be a 100% again, so I will be patient.

yes it takes some time for blood levels to stabilize, but those initial LH/FSH numbers are weird, mine were both <0.1 after about 7 weeks 100 mg a week, i am secondary, are you secondary or primary?

I'm secondary (pituitary problem). What is most weird is that the LH/FSH levels were higher than before starting the treatment haha.

I don't know if the lab did something wrong with that test...

How many days after the injection did you get each test done?

I tested the day of the injection for both (before it)

It's a very small benign tumor (I don't remember the exact name in english). It makes me not produce enough LH and FSH.
