    Assistance on 35yold on TRT

    Hey guys,

quick run down 18 months ago i was 420 pounds, had a number of issues a few mental issues that go me hospitalized and diagnosed with depression, mood swings .. after seeing specialist and such a number of changes where done to my life and weight loss was on top with a diagnosis of Low T.. Sorry i don't have the numbers i should have however my first appointment i was told my levels should be between 300-1000, was told being a 35 year old with three kids that ideally my levels should be in the 500 range but my levels where below it.. And i was started on Adrogel, after 2 months on it a followup was done and my blood work showed no improvement the doctor went to increase my dose and i shared a concern of the gel having three little girls under 5 who are always all over daddy.. so he put me on a transdermal patch, 3 months on that and we still had no success.. At this point i asked him what my level was and he said i was at 225.. and put me onto a 40mg tablet daily, due to my weight loss diet and other health issues Liver and kidneys, i was pulled off the oral medications just over a month into them and then put on to a 100mg/ml dose of test monthly. 3 months went by and the levels again showed no improvement, the dose was increased to 100mg/ml every two weeks.. 2 months went by and i called the doc and said that i was feeling kind of up and downs.. seems like i would get my shot three days later i would feel different for a couple of days then crash.. more blood work and my dose was raised to 100mg/ml weekly, and a couple of months later we are now where i am.. Currently 18 months later I am down to 290 pounds on 200MG/ML dose of test weekly, issues I am having is at my last appointment my levels where up to 280, he said some improvement but not with in range, suggested that i was pretty much on the max dose i could be on and that losing more weight, reducing my insulin needs, and other medications would increase my absorption and help me, this was 6 weeks ago and i dont see him now for another 5 months unless i have issues..

4 weeks ago having friends who do alot of weight training and a couple who are retired body builders suggested that the dose i was on clearly was not enough that 200mg/ml should bring my levels up and to try a larger dose, or take two doses over the week to prevent my spikes.. Ideally my routine is take the shot monday, come wed/thursday i feel a little different.. more energy not crazy amounts but just feel different.. then by friday/saturday i feel like crap.. So 4 weeks ago being i had a few extra vials around from the changes in doses and stuff.. I changed things up.. took my first dose on monday, then a second dose on thursday.. and have been doing that for the last 4 weeks.. ideally taking a shot every 4 days.. 4 weeks later i feel good.. I am at the gym now 4-5 times a week instead of my struggling 2-3 times.. and dropped 20 pounds but my wife has made comments about "muscle" now im not taking enough to see crazy gains, and im sure just the fact of losing 20 pounds and at the gym almost 50% more is whats helping that but maybe my levels are finally coming up.

My questions are one.. How do i go to my doc and say gee i went against abused my prescription clearly its working can i have more! two is what i am doing okay? am i harming anything??

The one thing i should note is 9 days ago i had sore breast, mentioned it to my buddy, who suggested it was a side effect of increased estrogen and gave me 4 20MG tablets of "Tamox" said to take one per day and by day 4 my breast pain was gone and felt less firm.. so not sure what happened there.

Sorry for sounding totally dumb guys, i truly am at this..

    regards,
    Michael

    Hello
If I understand correct u r doing 200 mg which is 1cc twice a week?
That's usually twice the amount that ppl on trt but u being a big guy maybe perfect for u
U need a blood test and see where u at now
If it's under 800 with what u r taking then maybe that's your perfect dosage
If ur test is higher cut back to half and try splitting up the dosage which u should do anyway
On breast issues yes u need some AI arimidex is probably the most common
Just call ur doc and tell him that u r getting a gino he should help u with prescription
Any other questions pls let us know
    Good luck

    Vegasbody, thanks,

Yes i am doing 1CC twice a week at 200MG per.. How long should i wait before going for blood work? Ideally how long would it take the new dose to be at its point to get a accurate blood test. Of course my only concern is explaining to the doc that i have been taking twice as much as he prescribed

One of the things i have noticed the last couple of weeks and don't know if it has anything to do with the increased dose and such.

But previously i would go to the gym do 15 mins of cardio to get the heart rate up and warmup. Then i would do a round of a few of the machines typically will set the weight to a weight that i can do 12-15 reps rest for 30 seconds and do it again three times.. Now a example is three weeks ago the press machine I would set the weight to 75 pounds ( i know not much ) but at 75 pounds i would do the first set easy, just finish the second set with some work and then really struggle through the third set.. as of yesterday, to get the same feeling of struggle im at 100 pounds 25 pound difference, and now its like the first two sets are easy and then 1/2 way through the third set i go from a slight struggle to total loss of power in the arms.. i don't get that gradual weakness grow over the two sets like before.

I agree with Vegas on the AI, you are definitely showing signs of gyno as result of the double dose, for instance most people who are starting aas use are only taking about 400-500mg of test per week and you are at that level. If this is what it takes for you to see results and your bloods look good (total/free t levels) then you should consult your dr about your symptoms and have an AI prescribed, that's common practice. Also google pct befit4life and the first result should be able to help you determine how long it will take for you to level out with your current dose. It is important to keep your estradol and total test in check if you want to have a successful trt program so I would recommend getting your own blood work done as soon as you should be leveled out to see what those readings are and as stated above adjust your dose accordingly. As for a way to tell your Dr you have been taking more than prescribed someone else will need to answer that one.

4-6 week on the same dose try to do at same time
    I do Wednesday and Saturday
    Are u taking hcg ? Arimidex ?
Hcg should be 250 iu x2 week
Arimidex since ur a big guy maybe .5 pill every 2-3 days if u have the 1 mg pill
So 1-1.5 mg per week but I would do blood test now total testosterone ,free testosterone, sensitive estrogen 2 that way u know what your levels are now then in 4-6 weeks again...ones u have it dialed in u don't need it so often

Personally I would find another doctor. That is just my opinion but I find it reckless to give such harsh orals especially with preexisting liver and kidney issues. With that being said I am on 200mg a test per week taken on M/TR at .5ml subq. Right now I love this plan. My last check up had my E to high but doc said it was in a 10-1 ratio so not to worry about it. I got liquidex from the site sponsor to hopefully lower the E. My hematocrit was a little high so I visited the red cross and donated. I weight about 275 and have a BF about 20-25%.
