I'm 23, prolactin high.
I;m 23 yrs old, 190lbs, 6'0, 10%bf don't smoke anything, no drugs, no alcohol, clean food.
Here's the thing, I've taken test from 5 labs, bw confirming real and yet I gained 0 lbs in 3 cyclles, 23wks added together, 500-700mgs test. Test wil not effect me. Took me a year to recover even after standard pct.
Finally now test is within range, I have ed and as far as I know have... I took cialis 6mgs from the sponsor here and still went soft with a girl while in her but from oral I get hard...so idk, i'm pretty comfortable now with girls before I wasn't. Idk. Then there's the desensitization of stimulation from p0rn so I stopped porn/masterbation...It's been a month and I went soft while in her while on the 5-6mgs cialis for a couple days and real cialis 2 days before.
Anyways prolactin is an issue from what I heard, says <13 and mine is at 17.49.
Test btw is 8.4-28.8, mine = 21.6.
Thanks guys, any info needed let me know!

Post up the rest of your BW if you can. High prolactin can be an indicator of an adenoma (pituitary tumor) which should be ruled in or out with an MRI. What did your doctor say about it? Prolactin can elevate in the presence of high estrogen as well as via the aforementioned adenoma. It will also crush your libido. Dopamine Agonists such as cabergoline (Dostinex) will lower this quickly but the issue remains, what caused it?
To your question about gaining muscle. If the test is legit then you have to examine nutrition and training. Most simply don't eat enough to substantiate solid gains.

I've been away from the website for a while, KelKel thanks for the response, I got sent to a urologist when I asked for an endocrinologist and he didn't know too much. He gave me a sample if cialis which I don't want to be dependent on, it didn't do too much anyways.
I'll try to post up the relevent stuff, Idk much about this but there's a ton of values he got so...actually what i'll do is just take a pic and upload it in a few minutes. This is all 1 year after the discontinuation of steroids . I'd like to add that while my training and diet may be a bit off, I always got stronger after using test than while on it. Test prop at 700/week and bw showing it was real, I even started getting gyno..it did nothing though and I used an ai and stopped gyno. I used winny (50mgs) for a 2-3 days at the end of my prop cycle (700/week) to see if it would do anything. My bench went up honestly 50lbs, ridiculous. No placebo, bench was the same for probably a year.
Anyways i'll get the pics.

Oh I forgot to mention, I am getting an mri, he said a brain scan so I can update this when that's all said and done. He's a urologist and didn't know how to lower it he said, so i'd have to go to an endo. How does everything look besides that?

Didn't know how to lower it? He need a med school refresher. Dopamine agonists as stated above can lower it quickly but you still need to find the cause of it. Adenomas are not all that uncommon and surgery is usually not done unless it is larger (macroadenoma) and causing problems such as pressing on your optic nerve, etc.
Prolactinoma's are one of the more common types of adenomas. Others can simply shut down your hormones, increase TSH or several other undesirable effects. I have one myself that shut down my T production pretty much totally.
Other than that, keep an eye on your TSH as it's actually elevated a bit. A more modern range is .3 - 3.0. On your next labs get TSH, FT3, FT4, RT3 and Antibodies which will give you a better picture on thyroid health. Know that hypothyroid and high prolactin can both lead to low T levels. Currently your test levels look good.

I had surgery booked for laser eye before I found the prolactin thing. I realized today I needed to cancel it because if it is causing my vision to be blurred which it has gotten in the past 3 yrs, (I'm 23 next month) then if I get laser eye, then fix my prolactin, I believe my vision would go back to how it was which wouldn't be the same since laser eye now?
MRI is set for next month, i'll update then. Thanks again for the help. Maybe i'll be able to have a sex life before I hit 30...
