History of my bloodwork and latest results

I have posted before maybe under a different username that I cant get into now and described my journey from Starting HRT.
I wanted your guys thoughts on my results.
A bit of background. I started my HRT in around 2008 I had a undecended testis removed and felt like crap. Got tested for Testosterone and was put on Androgel for a few months before being switched to Sustanon 250 injections every 3 weeks, which they then changed to 2 weeks. This whole while I was trying to have a baby with my wife and didn’t realise the affect the Test was having on my sperm count. When I found out after doing a fertility test a few years into my HRT treatment (around 2011) I stopped it and waited for my sperm to return.
I have now moved to North America and we have a baby whos a few months. Im still felling like crap and thought about getting back to the HRT. I have had some blood tests and the most recent results are at the bottom. What do you guys think, do I still need the HRT?

Results 16 Oct 2008 – Before any treatment and after my op
Serum testosterone LO 5.2 nmol/L (10-30)
Serum sex hormne binding glob LO 14 nmol/L (15-55)
Free androgen index 37.1 (30-100)
LH was 9 (1-10) and FSH 9 (1-16)

I wont give the results I had while on TRT as they are irrelevant, Some were high some were low until I got the dosage right and was consistent. I stopped HRT in 2011/2012. And nothing since.

Results 19 Feb 2013 – After stopping TRT for more than a year atleast
FSH 8 (1 – 18 IU/L)
LH 7 (1 – 9 IU/L)
Testosterone 10 (8.0 – 29.0 nmol/L) - Guessing Total Testosterone as free listed below
SHBG 17 (10 – 55 nmol/L)
Free Testosterone 272 (175 – 700 pmol/L)

I saw my Endo here in N America and he said with the current results it doesn’t seem that I need HRT and the feeling like crap could be something else. What do you guys think about the results.

(When I say crap, I mean the usual low Test symptoms, libido, energy etc.)

Can anybody atleast tell me how my last blood profile is looking. Should I go back on Test or not, or is that sufficient. Feel run down and low, and have aches and pains in my legs which stopped when I was last on Test.

I'd say you should be on TRT without question. You're primary hypogonadal meaning your testies aren't doing their job after being signaled by your hypothalamus/pituitary to produce. Wild guess due to your undescended testical and related issues. At times your LH & FSH were near the top of the scale yet your Test was near the bottom.

How does your Endo not see this. I'd be asking the endo if he feels it's something else then what? Is he doing more complete BW to try and find the issue? From the tone of your post I think not.
