Training help
I've been back in the gym for about seven months I train hard, I eat like a horse. I've been on HRT for about three months and it seems like I'm at a standstill. Any suggestions. I've even changed my training program

Everyone will stall In the gym at some point. You have to cycle volume and frequency to make continuous gains, atleast some form of periodization

I eat pretty good, not like I was going to compete. But healthy. And a lot of. Calories 6 to 7 times a day. I'd like to gain about 15!lbs but at this rate it will take 10 years. Lol.
I'm on 140mg of cyp per week and .25 mg of Dex eod. And DHEA every day
My T was 522 last month. Due for another draw next week.

You may think you are eating a TON, but until you calculate it out, you never know. Unless there is an underlying medical issue, it comes down to basic mathematics. You will gain weight if you are consuming more calories than you are burning in a day.

Use MyFitnessPal app for a week or so to see where you're at. It's very helpful in determining not just intake but details of your intake.

My E was 144 on my last BW, I actually have been taking the Dex more spread out because it makes me feel like shit. But Im slowly adjusting' I'll check out the AP because I want to gain muscle and don't want a gut along with it..lol
