Got labs back...Low FSH? Can someone help here?
Hey guys...would appreciate a look at these labs that I just got back yesterday. Was planning a cycle for the first time so I got these labs done for a baseline. My stats are, age 41, 5 10, 190, BF is currently 20%, never used aas before, been working out for the past year and getting myself on a diet to slim down. As a side note, had diagnosis of major depression that would last 1-2yrs each bout I went through, went through 4 different bouts since age 13 and took antidepressants each time. Two years ago I was under a lot of stress and starting feeling the depression coming on again, only this time I had a real hard time getting the SSRI's to actually work, I have taken quite a few SSRI's each time until I would find one that would work but this last time was extremely difficult. I am taking two different antidepressants and I'm not even quite back to normal, I had a nagging feeling that something else was going on so I had my testosterone tested by my GP (having loss of energy, motivation, etc) . He called and said the blood word was normal and the reading came back at 700 (back in Nov last year). I never thought anything of it until I started reading up on test and how it functions in the body. To get to my point, I'm beginning to wonder if some of the symptoms can be attributed to low test even though my test serum came back at 700 last year, and on the current test it is 632 (the one I'm attaching). Additionally, the FSH is in the low range, I know what this does but cannot seem to put the whole picture together...Am I feeling the effects of low test or is it just clinical depression, or a combination? Can anyone take a look at this lab work and help me piece it together? I'm putting off going on cycle until I get this all straightened out and figure out what would be the best options for me. Any advice/comments are certainly appreciated!
I almost forgot but wouldn't want to leave this out if it might be a key piece, I had testicular torsion 4 years ago and had to have surgery to repair it (almost as horrifying as having a young girl do a pre-op ultrasound on my nut sack). I am wondering if this can contribute to the numbers I have from the labs and the symptoms I'm having?
As a new member I cannot attach my labs but i'll list them below:
Test serum 632
LH 3.9
FSH 1.1
Estrasiole 17.9
