Just when I thought TRT was awesome....
It gets better!!
Three months solidly in with two months in the gym since month 1 trt completed. What have I seen?
1. Pain, gone. Before I had incredibly bad pain in ankles, knees, hips, back, shoulders. All gone. It was arthritis due to skeletal muscles being too weak and poor joint recuperation (removal of lactic acid) after exercise. I am completely off all pain killers except NSAIDs. I have used my tramadol ONCE in the past two months and it was due to a super hearty shoulder workout that would not allow me to sleep comfortably.
2. Mood. I am back to the guy I was about 8 years ago. Mellow, rain off my back, no stressing over the little crap. I do not snap anymore and my emotional state is as good if not better than my 20s.
3. Muscle and strength gains. Before trt I would bust my butt in the gym and get 0 results. It seemed like I did more harm by going to the gym than not..and that was the case. with 0 testosterone in my body the body just ate the muscle up and left fat alone. After 2 months in the gym now while on trt I am at my best strength level with the weights since mid 20s. Just this week my bench went up 14 pounds. This is an 3 rep max not a 1 rep max. Last week I went up 10 pounds. Solid gains not BS excuses.
4. Weight is down by 8 kilos since starting but body recompositioning is just incredible. Fat that had started to cling to my upper back..gone. Fat around my neck and chin...gone. Fat between my chest and stomach...evaporating. Chest, back, and lat muscle growth off the charts. This is on 75mg a week of test prop not a cycle. I cannot imagine gains from a cycle lol.
5. My mental desire to gogogo and be successful in all I do is back. This is a new thing over the past two weeks. During month 1-2 I could make myself do things (not automatically feel the push). Now I wake up and every action is something that pushes me to the gym.
6. Desires on eating. Haven't had a fast food item in 2.5 months. Eat vegetables 6 x a day because they taste good. See crap in the grocery and it is like I am a terminator (vision)
Cake...crap
Donut...crap
Chips...crap
Chicken...goal
Fish...goal
It is incredible the desire to eat crap is gone. No wonder fast food chains lobby with Big Pharma to prevent steroids from the market.
Just incredible. They say I have 9 more months of improvement before they start to slow down (the improving). I cannot even imagine it. I feel like a super hero now compared to where I was.

Congrats!!
Be careful in the gym, TRT will not make you immune to injury from over doing it! Don't get focused on the numbers (weights) they say, which is good advice! Focus on the pump!!

You should have told me that before the last 2 back surgeries or the shoulder surgery. My shoulder surgeon is the head orthopedic surgeon for the Seattle Seahawks and he was impressed I could still use them due to the amount of damage I had done to both shoulders and the arthritis that showed up in the xrays and MRI although the MRI with contrast dye did not show 1/4 of the actually damage he found on the inside.
I always said if you are going to do it you might as well do it right...

I got my first shot of TRT (Nebido 1000mg) 5 days ago. I am desperate to feel better. I can barely get out of bed.
Last night I was attending my little sister's college graduation ball, and by 11pm I was the only one who wanted to go home. No energy and no desire to be there. I know one has to be patient once you start treatment, but I am desperate.
