    Hit a nerve?

    Had my first thigh pin last week and everything went fine. Today I tried pretty much the same spot on the same leg and whatever I hit made my leg jerk. Didn't really hurt but felt weird and made me instantly pull out the needle. I don't have much fat on my legs and am using a 1 inch pin. Is it possible I'm going in to far?

    your muscle tissue is full of nerves. just move the needle over to a new spot and restick
