freaking E2

Had labs done on thurs. morning. Everything looked good except I had taken an eighth of a milligram of liquidex on tues night. And estradiol came back at 10.8 on a scale of 7.6-42.6. This e2 is the hardest part of all trt. Test was good at 705, hematocrit was at 48 and I haven't given blood in over two months so all is good there.

Protocol is
120mg test cyp. per week Split into two per week sun. evening thurs. morning
1000iu hcg weekly split in two doses
I am now as of this weekend breaking this into daily to see if it helps with estrogen.

Any comments greatly appreciated.

I am not taking it on a schedule. I hadn't taken any in a couple of weeks but started to lose morning wood, taking forever during sex and sweating like a pig during so I figured a small dose was in order.
Doc has me on a milligram weekly hell I wouldn't have any e2 at that dose.

why not just quit AI and try DIM and zinc to control estrogen. For some ppl it works thus no need for an AI

Money bro. I've had that adex for a year. Still have a quit a bit left
I do good judging when I need it, just didn't realise it dropped it that low with that low a dose.

Now I regret taking it so close to labs though. I would have liked to know where it was at.

If your estrogen was that low from one dose of AI, I would think you could control it with just these two things. I'm not the most experienced here but that's my thinking. I tried but I have to use an AI but I also like my bf to stay in between 18-22% for personal reasons.

DIM & Zinc made a big diference for me!

These bloods were pulled 3 months apart with same Test Cyp dose (2x a week) & same HCG dose (2x a week). Same Labcorp, same day & time from last injection. Both are E2 sensitive tests range 3-70.

Fist was done with no AI or anything & my E2 was 39.

Second was after using 200mg of DIM & 50mg of Zinc & my E2 was 20.

I was real surprised to see it was that diferent...next test will be with only 100mg of DIM to see where I end up, but it won't be for a while as I'm pretty much dialed & tired if spending money out of my pocket to experiment, lol!

yes but it's only 3 little pills, no biggie. Money wise it's only about 40 every 3-4 months.
