Blood work after 3 months clomid....questions?
Blood work No 4 is after 3 months of clomid monotherapy at 50mg eod. It seems to be working, blood work is up, i feel better (tho not great) sex drive has actually went down a bit?? any ideas on this?
By these results, does this mean i am secondary hypogonadal?
i realise these last bloods arent complete but money is tight right now and these cost me £150.

My opinion on SERMs
Need to also check LH, FSH, E2 and Free T every time.
Get E2 in the optimal range.
Reduce SERM dose and/or frequency to get to the minimum dose needed for the desired results. Every few weeks worked for me.
I would also make sure DHEA-s is at the top of the range.

That sucks. We can order testing online and just show up a testing facility. It's cheap and you don't have to deal with idiot doctors.

Yes, probably hypothyroid. Most doc's will tell you you're ok as long as TSH is within range. The same as many do for your testosterone as they don't really know them. Problem is the range used on most lab reports is out dated. Newer standards are .3 - 3.0. TSH by itself is a weak indicator of thyroid health but yours was over 3 and over 2 on the tests above. Plus low FT4.
Take some time and read at Stop the Thyroid Madnessâ„¢ - Hypothyroidism and thyroid mistreatment
