Oh damn what is it that is supposed to do that. Im trying to remember. Fenugreek maybe? Ill try to rmeber. Im not sure how much it realy works anyway but I will try to recall for sure and post more if i can

I have read that stinging nettle and avena sativa help, but I've never seen any before and after BW. I'm trying the nettle now, and I'll let you know if it works after my next BW....

You're not on thyroid meds, are you?
I listened to a Life Extension Webinar where the physician recommended sesame and flax lignans and cruciferous vegetable extract to reduce binding, and liver support, like NAC, B complex and artichoke extract to reduce production - but I have never tried of any of this, so you might want to do some research to see if you can find people who have used any of these successfully.
