Levels two weeks after first shot

So two weeks after my first shot of Nebido (slow ester), I had my blood drawn. The results came in today. It looks like my free T has remained unchanged, from 7.6 to 8.3 (ref 8.8-27.00). My total T went up from 500 to 520. In other words, 20 points in two weeks.

I felt a bit better the first week (due to placebo effect, perhaps) but the fatigue has returned. I worked out on Tuesday very hard and today is Thursday. My body is still destroyed. I have not been able to go back to the gym because I have not recovered.

I guess Nebido is not for the impatient like me.

I would say TRT in general isn't for the impatient.

It's going to take several months for it to build up and stabilize.
