Trying to find a competent physician

Is there a referral page some where that list Dr.'s that specialize in trt? I am on 3rd doctor that claims to be experienced in trt, but seems very limited in knowledge. First dr. Tested my testosterone , and said it was low but doesn't believe in trt. Went to another dr. Who said he was experienced in trt. He tested me 3 times and I was under 300 each time. When I asked him about complete hormone profiles ie. estradiol, FSH, and LH, he said that was all a bunch of hocus pocus. He eould only prescribe the gel. So opted to not start treatment.

Talked to a new Dr., he tested and it is still below 300. He doesn't think it is necessary to test for the other hormones either, but he prescribed me some depo test. Said to inject 1ml. of 200mg/ml once monthly. When I asked about weekly injections he said it wasn't necessary, but if I wanted to divide it in half, I could. Said in three months he would retest, and see if I needed to up my dosage. No one will refer you to an endo since they are capable of handling bit themselves.
