E2 test results - different methods - how to compare?

Is it as simple as comparing the result to the specified range?

I have been getting the Roche methodology since day one, but the other day I went to the ER. I requested the doc test my E2 level, which turned into a demand. So.... I didn't have much leverage to then tell him what specific method to use.

I just got the results and called the lab. They used the ICMA methodology. Here is the results -
