    E2 During Blast Cycle

I am currently doing a 500mg Test Cyp. 12 week blast cycle and will be doing a mid-cycle BW in a couple of weeks.

I know that the target E2 levels during normal TRT is between 20-30. I am trying to get away with min. AI during the blast as I am pretty sensitive to the stuff. Right now I am taking .25mg of Arimidex every 3 1/2 days.

What sort of E2 range should I be looking for? Is it okay to run higher than the normal 20-30? What is the upper limit before you would increase your AI?

    Thanks for any input.

I do that on my trt dose, is that your normal dosing. I'm on same blast with some var thrown in but I like using aromasin on cycle so I'm doing 12.5-25 mg Ed. I would think if that's your normal AI dose you will defiantly see you e get higher. As far as range nothing changes between trt and blast with level, you would want it in that same range. Just don't let it get to high or you will start seeing sides increase.

.5 mg every other day is recommended on cycle dose.

The reference range for E2 is 7.6-42.6 pg/ml and TT is 250-1100 ng/dL. Ideally you want to be at the lower end of the E2 range and the upper end of the TT range. It's normal for younger males to be at the lower part of the E2 range and for older men to be at the higher end of this range. This is because E2 serum levels will rise as you age.

If your E2 is 40 pg/ml and TT is 300 ng/dl you'll be within range but won't be feel as well as if E2 was 20 pg/ml and TT was 700ng/dl.

Appreciate the input so far! I can sort of take from the responses answer to my next question but just want to make sure. I've heard it said that it's okay for your E2 to rise during a cycle and that trying to control it too much can interfere with gains....I'm assuming that's just Bro-science?

Your E2 levels will likely rise when introducing exogenous test and thats fine as long as it's kept within range. Don't worry about it too much about it, but you should be mindful. Continue taking dex and adjust dosage as necessary when you get you BW analyzed.

Correct. Maintain a healthy level. Hopefully you pull a sensitive E2 assay. I'm betting it will be higher than you expect considering your dosage.

Normal yes, but it's not due to simply aging. It's due to more aromatase activity caused by carrying more body fat, as most do as they age. As well as several other metabolic pathway issues.

What is your usual trt & AI protocol?
