Doc will not check E2
My first follow up blood work was completed a few weeks ago, I didn't post info like I wanted to because I knew I would get blasted by you vets, and I deserve it because:
I don't have a copy of my results
My total t raised from my starting number of 437 to 445 (3.5 months in) and I didn't ask for a bump.
My free t raised more which he stated was good (not sure how much)
He would not check my Preg levels
Would not check b12, DHEA or potassium
Main problem I have now is that he would not run a sensitive e2 assay as I requested. Stated he didn't feel comfortable running that test on a male.
I can't afford to start over with a new doc and am just thankful that I have the t script. I'm adding HCG on my own, main question, should I add an AI as well?

you can ask for a specialist. these docs are behind the 8ball in most cases.
or you can tell him this:
Erectile Dysfunction
A shift in the ratio between testosterone and estrogen in a man's body could cause difficulty in achieving or maintaining an erection. In a review paper published in the July 2011 issue of "Asian Journal of Andrology," researchers evaluated evidence that a change in this ratio, which causes a relative increase in estrogen compared to testosterone, could explain the higher rate of erectile dysfunction in older men in whom testosterone drops with increased age. The study concluded that this is a likely cause. Some laboratory studies, which found decreased mating ability in male laboratory animals treated with estrogen, also suggest that too much estrogen might cause erectile problems.

Are you in the USA?
If so, just order your own E2 tests from privatemd

Just ask for the regular test. I have not had the sensitive assay just the standard. I don't think you should get caught up in numbers per se, you just want an idea of where your at. The standard test should give you that. Or you can do as the others have suggested and just pay out of pocket. The problem is when you make an adjustment, you will then have to re test in about six weeks and pay for it again. Besides, if your E2 is high you will still need your Dr to write the script for your AI, unless you plan on paying out of pocket.
