So if my psa rises and my prostate enlarges (which Is very likely cause I'm a male), will I be taken off I trt?? This is a major concern for me looking into my future..

The book "Testosterone For Life" by Abraham Morgentaler has some good information on the topic. Not much that you can't learn in this forum but a good read nonetheless.

in the past, when a PSA elevates to a certain point, it would trigger a request for a biopsy. In most cases, the biopsy would come back negative. We are now learning that the PSA is prone to the false positive, and the medical community is performing way too many biopsies. A PSA is handy when it comes back negative, but when it comes back elevated, in most cases, it still means nothing.
