    Too much Iron in multi-vitamin??

    I have been a little worried about my hematocrit being too high (labs a month ago= 53.3) with a range of 37.5-51.0 so I donated and plan on donating every 2 months instead of my normal every 3 months. My vitamins I was taking had no Iron in them and some new vitamin's I picked up have 18mg of Iron per tablet, so wil my crit go up with taking this much Iron?

    Doubtful. That's not much iron at all.
