possibly Low Tests and low test symptoms and ED
hi
i am suffering from ed since the age of 17. i started masturbating on almost daily basis since age 12.. now i am 29 years old. i have low test symptoms as well since age 17
Decreased sex drive
Erectile dysfunction
Reduced energy level
Reduced strength and endurance levels
Sleep problems
Emotional problems including sadness, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and depression
Decrease in the amount of body hair
Decreased penis or testicle size (felt it after 17 )
and due to thesets test i was refered to neurologist and then psyciatrists they treated me with a lot of anit deps and anxiolatics and stimulants and vitamins and herbs and nootropics. nothing worked as well as stimulant (ritalin) or testosterone undeconate caps.
i have recently done testo tests. here are my results. this test was done at 8 AM . and i was using below medications ( jumex .25 mg one in the morning. 250mg tribulus test . 23mg zinc. and evion (vit e 200mg) and nootropil 800 mg twice )
FSH 3.84 mIU/mL reference value 0.95 - 11.95mIU/mL
LH 3.65 mIU/mL reference value 1.14 - 8.75 mIU/mL
Testo 3.16 ng/mL reference value1.66 -8.77 ng/mLmIU/mL for age < 50 years
went to a urologist he suggested Testosterone Undeconate 40mg capsuls .. 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening (total of 160mg per day)
i took them for 3 months. libido, mood, anxiety, wellbeing, confidence, stamina all improved by reasonable degree. it was easier now to get it erect and erection quality was also a bit improved.
then went to doc and he said to now decrease its usage gradually (take 1 cap in monring one in evenig for 1 month then leave it altogether) and he said it can be supplimented after marraige.
he also suggested tests which i did at 7 PM . here are the results .
FSH 1.86 mIU/mL reference value 0.95 - 11.95mIU/mL
LH 1.78 mIU/mL reference value 1.14 - 8.75 mIU/mL
Testo 2.0 ng/mL reference value1.66 -8.77 ng/mLmIU/mL for age < 50 years
besides i also had similar test almost 8 years back when i was 20 and i had same results as the one which i did without taking testo caps)
i have below questions :
1: given my experience with using above caps and the testo reults am i having low tests ?
2: what could be the reason for asking me to stop testo ? he said its bad to get used to it. let your body grow itself.
3: why are my testo levels so low when i am taking the testo caps ? shouldnt they be increased ?
it is pertinent to mention that due to above feelings i have went to neurologists and psyciatrist and they had made me go through a lot of antidepressants and stimulants and anxiolatics and i am not satisfied with their results as much as i was with testo tabs above.
Please advise.

any input ? also it is pertinent to mention that i have been taking 250mg of tribulus caps two times a day.. (besides 250mg trib it also contains 40mg l-opti zinc,100mg vit e, and .033mg selenium. ) without this extra caps i feel realy down and lethargic. so tests were done while i was on it.
please advise.

It looks like your numbers have gone down because the testosterone that you were taking did it's job of suppressing your body's ability to produce it's own endogenous testosterone. Now that you have lowered your dose/come off the medication, your body is unable to produce it's own hormones in adequate amounts. That's a normal response to TRT.
My guess is that your doctor took you off the testosterone because he's not well versed in TRT. Many doctors are scared of TRT and simply don't know much about it. Stopping TRT without some type of PCT to help you return to normal is pretty irresponsible of him.

Yep. Find a good doctor a.s.a.p. I believe this is the most important thing you can do right now.
The other piece of advise I'd give: Rethink your lifetime, obsessive, daily affair with self-love. Put it into perspective. I'm not kidding. Only you can answer what cumulative effect this has had on you and your relationships over the years. If pornograpy is involved, I'd take a look at the site yourbrainonporn.
