    Long Term Effects of Cialis

    Hi everyone,

I was reading a blog article over at Peak Testosterone , and the author seems to view Cialis (or any PDE5 inhibitors) negatively if they are for long term use. I'm currently on 10mg of Cialis a day (my doctor prescribed 5mg, but I do the 5mg morning/5mg evening), and I'm thinking of cutting it back to 5mg/day.

That said, I'm curious if anyone knows anything about Cialis resistance, dependency, or long term side effects. I'm doing well with the 10mg/day and have been doing this for about a year and a half now. I have noticed a "popping" sound in my ear when I wake up in the morning and yawn, but I have no idea if that is Cialis related. Other than that, everything has been great.

    Thoughts welcome, thanks!

It usually makes me pop but not in the ears. 5mgs daily is a wonder dose and as a host of health benefits

Peak has some great information but in the end isn't it set up to sell his e-books, so if he says cialis is great why would he need to sell anything about ED? Also how old is the information your reading? Not sure how often he updates all the info on that site, with that said it is still a very helpful resource.

Thanks guys. I'm dialing my dosage back to 5mg/day. As a side note, I think Cialis has a sweet spot that you won't see any improvement beyond. I've had days where I've taken an extra 5 mg (i.e. 15 mg in a day) just to see what would happen, and I haven't noticed a difference between the 10mg/day. I'm guessing/hoping that 5mg/day might produce the same effect.
