Low nitric oxide?
I purchased some nitric oxide test strips from a source online and on two occassions my levels came back looking really low. This has me really confused seeing as Im young, I eat pretty healthy, exercise frequently, dont smoke, rarely drink, not on any meds etc. TRT has definately improved my libido and quality of my erections the two months Ive been on it and I know two months isn't a lot but I wonder if increasing my nitric oxide would help even further? Do any of you have experience with this, and or know any proven effective methods besides "exercise and take arginine" to improve nitric oxide levels?

I'm a "senior" and I don't know what my NO levels are and I don't much care at this point (I take argenine and citruline to help out) but I do know that a good dose of Cialis or Viagra will help you take advantage of what you already have. But I didn't have to tell you that, did I?

Ive tried cialis a few times and its very hit or miss for me, doesnt seem to matter if I take 2.5mg or 10mg, the best times have actuallly been from 2.5mg. Like you said they actually help keep NO in the system longer so if your low they may not work as well. Do you find arginine and citrulline help?

I really can't tell if either one helps. I feel it makes for more vascularity but I can't base this on scientific data since I take daily Ciailis and Flomax, both of which do the same.
10mg of Cialis is unsatisfactory for me. 15 does better. 20mg is a home run. Try 20mg of Cialis OR 100mg of Viagra for special events. Although I've found that Viagra must be taken on an empty stomach to be really effective or else you will wait forever for it to take effect - and it will not reach it's full potential. (This from my own experience). If you're not able to naturally change your condition, there's nothing wrong with depending on help from pharmaceuticals, IMO.

I've also had these strips and was a bit low. I took quite a bit of Arginine and Citruline and haven't noticed a high NO level. Furthermore, took a 50 mg Viagra, which had a dynamic effect and NO level was still low. I sometimes wonder if that is set to record off their product and not necessarily your NO levels.
