Not sure what steps to take following lab results

Hi all, brief history.. Went through gyno surgery 2 years ago, slowly but surely symptoms have been coming back. Puffy nipples, no energy, training 4-5 times a week but always struggling. The last time I cycled was 10 years ago. Any ways, decided to get hormone profile checked to try to get to the bottom of what's happening. Was hoping some one could share there thoughts on what the results mean for me and maybe what steps can taken to turn things around. I've had a look in various places with conflicting opinions. Booked in to see doc next week when I get back of shift to go through results. The Test levels and Estrone levels were what I was concerned about. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    DHEAS 30.5 > 5.0-30.0 nmol/L
    Androstenedione 1.7. > 1.0-10.7 nmol/L
    Test 225. > 100-720 pmol/L
    Estradiol E2 22.0
    Estrone E1 29.0 > 9.6-20.0pg/ml
    Test/dht ratio 77.6 > 10.0-350
    Androstenedione/E1 ratio 0.06 0.05-1.10

    Almost forgot, I'm 33, 78 kilos, 5,10" and roughly 15-18% bf

First I think I would head back to the doctor who did the original surgery and let him know he didnt remove the glands like he should have and see what your options are.

You say no aas in 10 years. Does that mean no pro hormones or anything? Any medications?
You will probably know more after you see the doctor. I know waiting sucks but it's been going on for a while so another week really isnt that long.

I was assured by the doctor who performed the surgery that he removed as much of the gland as he could with out leaving a sunken nipple. So yea, I guess having a chat with him to see what he has to say would be a good place to start. Yea mate no pro hormones either. What is your opinion on the normal estrone range of 9.6-20.0 the lab gave, cause I'm way outside this?

29 is not so far outside. You dont even want to know how high I have seen mine. I should have tits like Dolly Parton. lol

You might just produce natural high E2. Look into DIM. You can find it on Amazon and it will probably work good for you vs using an AI since it's all natural. From what I have read you will probably need 300 - 400mg a day.

I could be wrong but I don't think estrone e1, is important in men, we always test for e2 estradiol, which yours looks fine. Your testosterone is pretty low maybe that should be your focus.

Woops, I may have missed that. Good catch although I would not go so far as to say E1 is not important. It was not long ago everyone though E2 was not important in men. I think we just dont know enough or understand E1 yet.

I read a few post where people were having similar issues and their E1 was out of range but not test or E2. I also read some studies where it shows E1 is associated with gyno especially in obese men so there might be something there.

I have no idea how to lower E1 but I still think the DIM wouldnt hurt and is worth a try.

Thanks for the replays guys, yea I just couldn't find much about E1. Wanted to get to the bottom of why the gyno is persisting, thought the high E1 might have been the cause. I'll give the DIM a try and see how that goes. Yea as far as the low test goes all I have really done is started a zinc supplement and changed my diet around. It probably warrants more attention. Not sure if this is all a result of cycling when I was young and had no idea what I was doing. Just hope I haven't caused any serious damage.
