Hey guys, I haven't been on here in awhile. Looks like the place grown! My most recent bw shows that my Total Testosterone is at 422, which is definitely not optimal. I have noticed that it is harder for me to lose body fat (I'm 20%), and have not made significant gains in the gym for quite some time, despite having a solid diet and training program. I have had anxiety issues in the past, however I was told that this was due to having high TSH levels. So I am now prescribed 50mcg of Levothyroxine per day. For the most part, my anxiety issues have subsided. I have cycled in past (haven't for over a year), and I've always done proper PCT and have gotten blood work done. Here are my past cycles and bloodwork results;

February 2012
Anavar 40mg/day Week 1-2
Winstrol 50mg/day Week 1-5

PCT Nolva 40/40/20/20

October 2012
Testosterone Enthanate 400mg Week 1-8
Testosterone Cypionate 400mg Week 8-12
Winny 50mg Week 8-12

PCT Nolva 40/40/20/20/20
Tribulus 5 grams/day

Blood Work Results 2 months after PCT:
Total Testosterone 511ng/dl
(Doc only ordered total Test and typical bw values)

June 2013
Testosterone Enthanate 600mg Week 1-13

PCT Clomid 70/70/35/35/35
Nolva 40/40/20/20/20
(During PCT I actually felt pretty good)

Blood work Results 2 months after PCT:
Testosterone, Serum 410ng/dl 348-1197
LH 3.5 mIU/ml 1.1-8.8
FSH, Serum 1.6 mIU/mL 1.3-13.6
Prolactin 22.3 1.6-18.8
SHBG 40.1 nmol/L 16.5-55.9

I haven't cycled since, but have gotten blood work done 2 more times. At the time, I went to see a friend of mine from the gym, a Urologist, to get blood work done. At the time I was feeling pretty unmotivated, tired, slightly depressed, and sex drive was a bit down. So I decided to go see an Endo, and the results are below:

January 2014
Testosterone, Free 9.1 8.7-25.1
Total Testosterone 479 241-827
Prolactin 7.3 (back to normal) 2.1-17.7
FSH 2.62 1.5-33.40
TSH 6.48 .30-3.04 (this back to normal after being prescribed T4)

The endo tells me everything is normal, and that I'm feeling bad due to having high TSH. She prescribed me Levothyroxine.

Not to long after this blood work, my girl and I broke up. So I pulled another chick from the gym. I don't know if the reason involved was due to alcohol and/or performance anxiety, but lets just say the soldier was up, then he went down. This is not appropriate for someone my age lol.

So I go to male doctor, who I was told is understanding about having optimal testosterone. We discuss treatment options, and we decide that the best course of action is to try HCG . I was instructed to take 250 IU/day during March of 2014. I felt great on HCG! Since then, I have moved to a different area, and have found a new Dr.

Now onto my most recent blood work.

August 2014

Testosterone, Total 422 300-890 ng/dL
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin 40 13-71 nmol/L
Testosterone, Free (Calc) 76.6 47.0-244.0 pg/mL
Testosterone, % Free (Calc) 1.8 1.6-2.9 %

Sorry for such a long post. I wanted to provide as much detail as possible. I've been told by a few older gentlemen at the gym that I should consider TRT. My Dr. wants to re-test my T-levels in a month or 2. I'm sure that if I push the envelope he'll highly consider putting me on TRT. All input and opinions are greatly appreciated!

Oh btw, my dad had his T-levels checked this year as well. His was 390 ng/dl at age 59. My testosterone compared to his, is low for someone my age.
