Does a clean bulking diet affect hormones?
Im in the gym frequently since being on TRT but my gains have plateud after roughly 3 months, I still want to add some mass but my metabolism is CRAZY high so I need an insane amount of calories. If I were to eat roughly 3500 calories in an attempt to gain 1 pound per week for a total of 10 pounds via sources like chicken, oatmeal, brown rice, eggs etc would this effect my Testosterone or estrogen levels? I started going hard on calories the last couple days and my libido is coincedentally slightly lower then normal and Im wondering if calories have anything to do with that or if its more likely just a coincedence? Im pretty sure its a coincedence considering I normally eat similarly just 600-700 cals less but if not I have to prioritize, advice appreciated.

No it won't. Keep at it.
Don't be afraid to eat some dense food like pasta, or even some not so clean foods to hit your macros.
