Should I use Pregnenolone, DHEA and Liv52 as well?

I am using HCG and Letrozole currently and will start T in a few weeks. I have read threads and spoke to a few people regarding using Preg, DHEA and Liv.52.

    Any advice?

I'd advise that you tell us something about yourself, your diagnosis and details about your dosing protocol.

Yes, you can supplement pregnenolone and DHEA but I'd suggest you monitor your levels of both through blood work.

    Don't know much about Liv.52

And why are you using Letrozole alone WITHOUT taking T??

I believe it is for HCG - I take it every other day but I am not sure if it is for any future Test treatment. I'm 47 years old and just went through a huge weight lose of 135 pounds so far - without medicine and on my own and still not feeling myself so PCP suggested I look into some options.

I will get my blood test back next week - My thyroid levels were normal at the very low end of the rnage so they did some additional blood work for that. Other than that I had Sleep Apnea but after my weight loss that went away.

Again, best to give details of your protocol so that we can help you. Also, some recent blood test results.

And, congratulations on losing all that weight! No small feat.

Sorry I started my diet at 352.6 pounds and my weight in yesterday was 217.4 pounds. I'm 6'2", 47 years old.

    I will post some photos..

All of this diet because I couldn't get on some rides at Universal when I took my wife there for her birthday...

Basically I do 6 meals a day - 1400 to 1600 calories a day about 40/40/20 Protein, Carbs and Fat

Gym 3 days a week and 3 days of some type of Cardio -

Everyone has a "trigger" and I'm glad you found yours.
Like the protocol you have going. As I've aged I've found the less is definitely more and recovery is everything. Think longevity!
