HCG 2 months on 1 month off
My doc switched me from 500 units twice per week continuously to taking one month off, two months on. Test protocol stayed the same. Is there really any benefit to skipping a month?

Stopping and starting it is not a good idea. Click on the above link, it's also a sticky at the top of the page. It will tell you in more detail the benefits of HCG .

Thanks. I read that article a couple of years ago when I started TRT, but it was good to read again. I spoke to my doc about the month off. He said it helps some men who's leydig cells get over used to the hcg ; gives the cells a recovery period. He told me that I did not need to go off of it if I don't want to. After spending all of October off, I'm ready to start again and won't be taking any more time off of hcg.

How old are you? What's your current TRT protocol?

It's ridiculous to come off a normal TRT dosage of HCG . There is no cell desensitization. When your HPTA was functioning normally and producing LH they didn't become desensitized! I do think however that 250 IU's two or three times per week would suit you better.

I'm 41, started trt two years ago. I do 120 mg twice per week with .5 mg anastrazol twice per week (day after injecting). BW always comes in around 900 total t and 25 free T with E2 sensitive around 25-27 when blood is taken on injection days. These are all Lab corp values.

Did you run any BW when you stopped HCG for comparison?
I think your current numbers look good. Kel is more knowledgeable on that.
