altering my TRT.
Bad news, my doctor is no longer practicing for some reason, so im left out! . In the meantime until i found a new doc im going to figure things out myself,
i was on 250mg of test every 7-10 days, last while 7 days because i was blasting.
i was doing 125mg mon/thursday.
Now after seeing that even when cruising 250mg of test per week is ok, im thinking long term health issues may not be so great on that dose. Also im feeling pretty average to so i wanted to lower it.
I was going to go 125mg per week,
0.25mg injected mon/thursday. so 62.5mg injected.
Not sure if i need an AI or not, is there anything i can take besides my AI to keep e2 in range, i used to take 0.25mg 24hrs after each injection id do and it kept my e2 around 90 which is like 25 in USA terms.
Does this protcol sound ok for the time being?

I'm personally on 120mg (60x2) a week. No need for an ai FOR ME. Of course, blood work after 6 weeks will be important to decide if that's true for you also.
It sounds fine to me if you did 125 wk with no ai. especially if you plan to get blood work soon.

sorry to hear about your doc. you should be fine injecting 62.5mg twice per week without an AI, but be sure to pull bloods 4 weeks after you start this protocol to see how you're really doing.

Thanks guys. Just starting to feel crap all over even when I was dialed in on 250 a week with bloods.
What is wrong with higher test in the long run?
Has anyone tried a high dose then cut back and felt a lot better? Why is this? When they say more test makes you feel great you would think ud feel better but I guess not lol.

Lot's and lots of guys have done/tried this, keeping their test levels at the higher end, 900 or above and most every one within a few months started having issues even though their E2 was in check. Eventually after dropping their mg per week and getting back down around 600 they started to feel better again.
There are always exceptions to the rule but Ive seen it a lot more than not you will have problems trying to stay at high levels. It's better to just do a blast once in a while for a couple months.

Ive personally known several and they just felt like crap after a while, run down, depressed etc. I know a couple who had all the blood work done and besides high test levels nothing else really stood out. It took me a few weeks to convince them to cut their TRT in 1/2 but after a few weeks they started feeling a lot better again.
Yeah I think 125mg is a more realistic amount. Of course get blood work done after a month or so and see what your levels are but more importantly how you feel. I know bumping up makes you feel good for a while but I think long term it's anti-beneficial.

Same here ... I was at about 1050 without needing an AI and completely dialed in. Started feeling like shit for a couple months. Lowered dosage and feeling much, much better.
