OK so i didnt get E2 back for some reason? But if prolactin is anything to go by. seems my E2 is high.

These tests were performed last friday. I took half a ml injection of test on the thrusday arvo, so 125mg and then did 0.25mg of liquidex from ar-r about an hour before the test on the friday.

So if P follows e, i must have had very high E2? Pissed off i didnt get the E2 results back. Maybe back in a few days who knows.

Also liver is high for some unknown reason, im not sure, i wasnt using an orals on my blast at all.

What do you guys suggest i do now?

Lower my test dose like in my other thread? to 125mg per week instead of 250mg? and inject as usual twice per week?

Start on some caber and up my AI or what? I really dont wanna shell out for caber its damn expensive in Aus for it.

That's weird, you would think it would all be back at the same time.

I just noticed on my past test I didnt have Prolactin done.

Ill have to remember to do that next time.

Hope you get it soon so we can see if the rule applies.

Most of my test results last time are almost identical to your. Dont worry to much about the liver (ALT, AST) numbers, mine goes UP every time I do a blast no matter what I'm taking and goes back down to normal within a couple weeks after. It's still a good idea to use NAC during a blast and double your dose. I thought I was using mine but didnt realize I was out until after my blast. Ill make sure i take it next time so we can see how much it helps.

They may have not even tested it so im not sure.

Im still unsure if i sohuld lower to 125mg per week or just go and continue 250mg weekly and use o.25mg arimidex twice per week as that had my numbers in range.

Or try 125mg twice per week and use like 0.15mg arimidex. Still not sure.

Not sure if this is your case, but if you had a sensitive assay, it takes longer than the standard test. It happened to me.

Don't know who or where you got your labs but just some useful info: Standard E2 test at LabCorp takes approximately 2-3 days. E2 Sensitive takes anywhere from 3-5 days in most cases.

Result back Friday morning so 2 more days.

What do I do now?

I have high test and high prolactin so no doubt e2 is high. I feel like utter shit.

Haven't done a test shot in 1 week cos I'm trying to figure all this out.

What do I do? Go back to 250mg per week and use a arimidex 0.25mg 2-3xq per week. Or go to 125mg per week and try arimidex at 0.25mg 2x a week? I have bloods in 6 weeks but I need to feel good in a week for my holiday .

I've been told e2 and prolactin are not linked and one can be higher and vice versa etc. Thoughts?

ok so ive got some old bloodwork here, well not to old, some in january and april this year, april was a few weeks before my blast im assuming.

Ok here it is

Prolactin performed on the 11th of APRIL was
137

E2 on the 11TH april was
89 pmol/l

Now January, 12 weeks earlier was

E2 300pmol so yes very high, i believe by april the above bloods i was using arimidex at .25mg x 2 per week on 250mg test so i dropped from 300-89

Prolactin in january was not quite sure, dont have the paper. lol

OK guys just pinned 0.25mg of test into my right thigh.

I will wait till this time tomorrow and dose 0.25mg of arimidex .

ONe thing ive noticed tho is that libido is getting better and erections are a bit stronger. So im happy. Still feel lousy and not good.

just took 1mg of arimidex then, see how i feel.

From now on it will be 0.25mg twice per week.

Btw do you guys think i need caber?

My new protocol is.

62.5MG test or 0.25 on the syringe injected twice per week. 0.25mg arimidex 24hrs after injection so again twice per week.

WILL retest in a few weeks and see how this goes.

Do i need caber to get my prolactin down or will this come down in a few days of using arimdex, and following my new protocol?

Kelkel? Anyone?

Dude, you're all over the place. You're going to have a very hard time figuring out what works for you if you keep changing doses so frequently.

Why did you take 1mg of Arimidex if your new protocol is .25mg twice per week?

Did the results of your sensitive E2 test come back yet?

What is the concentration on the vial of your testosterone ? Most guys use 200mg/ml test cyp. Others exist, I'm just trying to make sure that your math adds up. Does yours say 250mg/ml?

yes mine is 250mg/ml..

i took 1mg because i think i have high e2, i can only guess but if my prolactin is high and my test levels are high then e2 will be high to, normally always is the case so i wanted to get it down fast sorta like a frontload then i will resume from now my .25 per week.

Now that you're dropping your trt to 125 a week, have you considered trying that for a bit with no Ai to see if its necessary at that level? Everyone's different, but there's a good chance doing 62.5 twice a week as planned will avoid E2 spike enough to not need it. If me, I'd want to get a baseline e2 reading at that dose before continuing the AI, now that you've dropped your test dose and frontloaded the 1mg adex, your e2 should drop pretty quick on its own from this point. Also, my liver counts rise at higher test levels only without any orals, so your liver panels will likely come down at the lower trt dose as well.

Gotcha. I'd wait for the E2 test to come back before deciding on an AI. You may not even need it on this protocol, or you may just need a really small amount.

I'd be shocked if you needed .25mg 2xW on that amount of test.

High testosterone does not mean your E2 will be high. I looked at blood on a man just yesterday that had a total testosterone of over 1100 and sensitive estradiol of 11...he takes no anti-estrogen. High prolactin also doesn't mean high E2. It's important to remember these things or otherwise basic one size fits all protocols would exist, and they do not.

Ah ok guys thanks for the replies. I know i probably wont need an AI on this dose BUT i figured my E2 might be high because after my 5month blast i didnt use my AI the whole time and used multiple different compounds and going from my bloods whenever prolactin is high so is my E2, so i just figured taking 1mg would help elimante it faster but i guess without the results until tomorrow morning its just guessing realy.

@LowT how did the man feel with numbers like that and e2 like that?
also do u suggest i take caber in the meantime to lower my prolactin or it will come down with my new protocol and perhaps AI?

For example even if i was on 125mg test per week and didnt need an AI, say i decided to blast deca or tren would i need caber even if 125mg per week of test doesnt require an AI?

I have pharmacy grade 2mg caber tabs on the way fellas. Not sure if i need them or not, will pick up e2 results tomorrow.

E2 and Prolactin are not attached. off cycle my Prolactin is 3x range and E2 low in range. On cycle with E2 3x range my Prolactin was unchanged. Prolactin is just there from my experience.

Hmm strange then. My bloods seem to say otherwise . Whenever e2 is high so is prolactin . But I guess I'll know for sure tomorrow when I get my e2 results.

What should I dose caber at with prolactin levels like mine ?
