Erection issues
Hey guys. Hopefully someone can shed some light and share some helpful info...
I have been on TRT for 13 months now. 150mg a week split into 2 shots a week. HCG 3x a week at 500iu.
My issue is that I am now going into week 2 of having erection issues. I am rarely getting erections everyday and no longer waking up with morning wood. On top of that I no longer have a libido. What could be causing this? I should also mention I take 5mg cialis everyday.
What could be the cause?
What would you recommend I try?
I am having new blood work drawn tomorrow. Any specific tests I should request?
Thanks in advance for your input.

Get a sensitive estradiol test. I'm guessing this is related to your E2.

Agreed, that is a lot of T and a lot of HCG , more than the "norm". You seem to be about 50mg of T and double the HCG of most people, everyone is different but that's what im seeing here.

Agree with the guys above. I can give you the proper codes for E2 Sensitive via Labcorp if you need them. This way they won't screw it up.
Either way, the answer is in your BW and I agree, drop that hcg down to 250 IU's x 3 per week.
High estrogen can kill libido and you did not state that you were on an AI. If that's the case, then E is probably the culprit.
And morning wood is not an indicator of anything, really. As long as things still function on demand.....

Thanks guys. I appreciate the feedback. I will dial back the HCG .
The last test I had done my testosterone was 757 and my estrogen was in normal range. This was about 5 weeks ago. My estrogen levels were always good which is why my doc never put me on an AI.
I take 400mg DIM a day plus zinc and copper.
Can you please post the test code so I ca. Make sure labcorp tests for it.
Thank you so much guys.

Labcorp E Sensitive: 140244. CPT Code 82670. Take them with you and give it to the worker entering your order. In the Finding A Doc sticky at the top of this forum are two sets of BW. Consider the second set, just eliminate LH & FSH. Estrogen can slowly creep up on you. Post up your results on this thread please. We all learn from each other here.

You may need to make some changes to your protocol but make sure you get blood results before you do. See where you're at now with what you've been doing so that proper adjustments can be made. If you don't do it this way it will only make things more difficult.
