Was anyone able to reduce or eliminate the need for an AI on TRT Protocol w/ Fat loss

I know that certain OTC supps can help, but has anyone lost a significant amount of fat (10-20 lbs) and was able to reduce or drop the AI on TRT?

Fat loss could help but it may not. It's impossible to say with absolute certainty. If body fat were the primary cause for the need for an AI then there wouldn't be borderline obese men who have no need for one and men who are borderline anorexic who need massive AI doses to control E2. Yes, body fat often makes a difference, but it's not always the primary factor.

I was able to do it, but it was not easy. I used DIM only, along with intermittent fasting and a very strict diet. The diet was not by choice, doc said keep eating crap and Ill be diabetic in no time. Have a family history of diabetes as it is, so I adopted a paleoesque (my made up word) diabetic diet along with intermittent fasting for 6 months. Little to no carbs - 1 sweet potato per day was my carb along with lots of beef, chicken, fish and vegetables. Worked out fasted as well for more calorie burn. For me, the trick was only allowing myself to consume calories between 2pm and 8pm. It takes about a month to get used to it, you will wake up in the middle of the night dreaming of food. I was able to shed 60 pounds while gaining significant muscle at the same time. Reduced my E to 29 on the sensitive test.

Wow, that had to take a LOT of discipline - congratulations! Can you describe what a typical (if there was such a thing) looked like, workout routine, supplements, TRT protocol, etc. If it's too much work, I completely understand.

    Thanks
