Alternative to straight Test - Clomid only and the results....so far so good
Repost from my last threads but wanted to start a new thread as it is specific to the topic now of TRT alternatives to straight Test (shots or androgel ).
I am healthy, I eat healthy, I workout 5 days a week, 32 years old and never used any steroids ever but Test levels just keep hovering in the 200 - 240 range. No libido issues or any other symptoms except always tired.

Mid July
2nd Round of BW (2 weeks later)

Free T4 1.15
Sex Horm 24 17-66
Prolactin 10.5
Luteinizing Horm 3.5
WBC 4.4
RBC 5.04
November
Test 228
Free Test 5.2
Latest Results:
Test 805!!!!
Estradiol 76 (high but we are lowering the clomid and adding in Arimidex ) - I showed no symptoms except 2 occasions of night sweats
WBC 6.1
RBC 5.37
The BW results are in a rough printout that cutoff a bunch of the reference numbers. Waiting for a new printout.
From what I have read and speaking to my latest doc, this does not work for everybody. If your low test is a result of hypopituitarism or secondary hypgonadism, this is a possible path for you. We did an overview of all the possible options and this one is the least invasive/amount of overhead for the most potential output with the least amount of side effects.
Personal results. Better lifting sessions, deeper sleep, general sense of being is better. I was more cautious about boasting results or changes because I didnt want to fall into any placebo effect but now that the numbers are in, lets see how we do. We will be doing BW every two months to monitor progress.Last edited by austino; 12-18-2014 at 11:25 AM. Reason: arimidex, not nolvadex

looks good- i tried the same protocol with Exemestane and felt great- you will find negative feedback loop kicks in eventually so might be worth cycling off for a few weeks as a break- keep us updated.

Nice results for the test.
Have your doc mentioned anything about your TSH? It seems that yours is a bit high since based on my understanding the optimum is considered to be in the lower third of the reference range.
edit. Okay, so it's Arimidex not Nolvadex . Then it's a different story. Sounds like a plan.Last edited by FakeLove; 12-18-2014 at 12:16 PM.

TSH is high and needs to be investigated. Hypothyroidism can/will cause hypogonadism. The most modern range for TSH is .3 - 3.0 and anything over 2 should really be looked into.
