Have Test Results, Need Opinions Please

28 years old, 245 lbs, 6'3, probably 20% bodyfat

I just had complete panel run but will post those numbers I feel relevant as well as those out of range.

Relevant:
TSH 2.3 (.45-4.5)
T4 7 (4.5-12
T3 Uptake 30 (24-39)
Test Total Serum 384 (348-1197)
Free Test 18.55 (5-21)
% Free Test 4.83 (1.5-4.2) HIGH
IGF1 182 (98-282)
E2 Sensitive 11 (3-70)

Out of range:
Billirubin 2.1 (0-1.2) I have always had this high on lab tests
ALT(SGPT) 45 (0-44)
LDL Cholesterol 119 (0-99)

I have symptoms of irritability, fat gain around waist, low energy, lethargic, etc.

Also have had LH tested before and it was high.

Test serum is low but free test is high... and igf1 seems high. Thyroid seems ok. Have you ever been on gear or a diuretic... ?

you may just have low SHBG which is a ****ing good thing.

I see no problem with your BW except for your LDL...

So what does one do about low shbg? Would that explain low test level?
